To promote an enjoyable and productive session, I strongly encourage the following:

An open mind to enable your subconscious to freely guide you. I will conduct an interview at the beginning to set a starting place for your session but ultimately your higher self will guide you.

Devote at least 3 hours for yourself for this session, without interruptions.

Find a quiet, secluded, and comfortable setting to help you relax, such as a recliner or bed.

Keep family and pets out of the room (unless service pets) to prevent distractions.

Appropriate equipment: iPad or tablet with a camera, headset with microphone or earbuds (make sure their batteries are fully charged)

Download the Zoom app on an iPad or tablet. Cell phones are not conducive to this process.

Your private session will be recorded and available to you. Keep in mind that your guided experience is a step to healing and I am only facilitating the process. In essence, you are healing yourself!
